Role Overview

We are seeking an extremely talented Fortnite Map Creator to lead our map creation strategy and delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for creating highly engaging experiences for players, deeply understands Fortnite, and has a strong passion for building communities. This role requires a unique blend of highly creative execution and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create innovative Fortnite maps using Creative Mode and UEFN.
• Build gameplay environments that are optimized for fun, balance, and replayability.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and marketing team to integrate marketing elements throughout the game.
• Implement interactive elements, custom assets, NPCs, and UI systems when needed.
• Playtest and iterate based on feedback to ensure a polished player experience.
• Stay up to date with Fortnite Creative trends, patch updates, and Epic Games guidelines.

Skills and Experience

1. At least 2 years experience with Fortnite Creative and UEFN.
2. Strong understanding of level design, game mechanics, and player engagement.
3. Portfolio of completed or published Fortnite maps across niches (links required).
4. At least 1 year’s experience with Verse scripting.
5. Passion for Fortnite, gaming culture, and virtual world-building.
6. Fluent English and able to video call.

Role Logistics

1. Full-time remote position.
2. Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month depending on experience + fit.
